SINCE THE 1940s

Our history

Sune Engström beside his timber-loaded truck
Sune Engström, our grandfather and the founder of the company.

Sune Engström founded the company after the Second World War, and then as now the work was timber transport.

In between we have hauled iron from the steelworks and roof trusses from SWL, crushers and mills from the Morgårdshammar works, and feed and fertiliser from Lantmännen — before returning to timber, this time on special trailers.

His son Per Engström took over the company in the late 1980s and ran it until 2023, when his grandsons Magnus and Fredrik Engström took over.
